YOUR WORK, IN FOCUS

Lead finance with
the context you need.

01 / PLANNED

See cash in context

Bring cash, outstanding receivables and upcoming payables into one planned view, with a route back to the underlying entries.

02 / PLANNED

Know what holds up close

See unresolved exceptions and their owners. The planned close workflow makes the remaining work visible before reports are finalized.

03 / PLANNED

Measure the work that remains

Track human effort, exceptions and coverage alongside automation. The goal is measurable operational improvement, not activity counts.

THE PLANNED EXPERIENCE

From the headline number
to the decision behind it.

A planned reporting journey that connects financial results to the work required to trust them.

  1. 01

    Review the financial picture

Start with the reporting entity, book, period and currency in view.

  2. 02

    Follow the evidence

Drill from a balance to its journal and source, with approval context available.

  3. 03

    Resolve the material exceptions

Direct the right issue to its owner, with the financial impact and required decision.

  4. 04

    Review before close

Confirm reconciliation and approval requirements before closing the period.

CONTROL IS A PRODUCT REQUIREMENT

Automation with
clear boundaries.

These are design commitments. Their implementation and effectiveness must be validated before production use.

01

Permissions at the point of action

The intended controls recheck entity access, policy and the exact document revision before a financial action.

02

Evidence that stays connected

Source documents, decisions and linked entries are intended to remain traceable throughout the workflow.

03

Explicit approval where it matters

Payment release and tax-return submission retain explicit authorization. AI cannot grant itself additional permissions.

Can I use these dashboards today?

Not yet. This page shows the planned experience using illustrative data. The development foundation and identity features exist; financial dashboards and workflows are still being built.

What would an early walkthrough cover?

We can discuss your reporting priorities, show the product direction and clearly distinguish working features from concepts. Pilot scope and timing are agreed separately.

Does Nexgn support my countries of operation?

Enquiries are welcome worldwide. India is the initial localization focus; tax workflows and other country requirements must be implemented and validated before support is confirmed.
